What areas do you cover?

How do I book a service? 

Phone, email, text, message via Facebook or use the online form on the website.

Do you offer a meet-and-greet? 

I offer a free consultation for 30 minutes at your house. This will enable me to get to know you and your pets.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours+ no fee. Within 48 hours 50% of the agreed fee will be non-refundable.

Dog Walking Services

Do you walk dogs in groups or individually?

Maximum of two dogs.

Do you let dogs off the lead? 

I will only let dogs off the lead within an enclosed space.

Do you pick up and drop off my dog?

Yes!

Pet Sitting & Visiting

What is included in a "Pet Visit"? 

I will make sure your pet is fed, has access to clean water together with enrichment and playtime. The length of my visit and the activities can be tailored to the needs of your pet.

Can you administer medication to my pet? 

Yes, for a small additional fee.
